The Community Ministry of North Augusta is a non-profit charitable organization formed to provide emergency and temoirary services to persons in need who live in the Area 2 School District. The food program provides grocery packets to families who presently have no food, no income and who will need food assistance until they can apply and receive food stampsand get into the work force. Donations of food and clothing are appreciated. Members of Bel-Ridge Baptist donate time and resources monthly.

Bel-Ridge is very involved in local outreach. We engage in an active visitation and homebound ministry, and interact with our community through block parties, holiday outreaches, prayer walks, and personal assistance in families. We partner with our neighborhood watch to provide assistance to individuals as we are made aware of needs.   We have a close partnership with our local elementary school through which church members serve as tutors, mentors, classroom helpers, after school Bible programs, and food ministry.  We are also actively involved in ministry with a local rescue mission.

Bel-Ridge has a goal to build long-term relationships with ministry opportunities that have needs in keeping with our giftings. We have done work in Kentucky and West Virginia in recent years.  Our youth ministry participates in M-Fuge student ministry camps in the state and around the Southeast.

Bel-Ridge has a strong history as a giving and sending church. We support missionaries through prayer and financial support in multiple countries. We have done work in Mexico, Nova Scotia and Zimbabwe in recent years. We support a local church in Zimbabwe in a reciprocal, ongoing  partnership.
